【Pharmacological Action】
Cyromazine is an insecticide that inhibits the molting of Diptera larvae, particularly during the first instar, thus disrupting the breeding of maggots. It also prevents pupation, leading to the death of fly larvae. Efficacy typically begins 6~24 hours after administration and can last for 1~3 weeks.
【Product Features】
1.Effective, Safe, and Low Toxicity: It interrupts the development of fly larvae in animal manure, controlling nearly all fly species and fleas. It can be used in livestock and poultry at any stage.
2.Environmentally Friendly and Residue-Free: Approximately 99% is excreted in animal feces, decomposes naturally in the soil, and helps reduce odor and ammonia levels in livestock houses, thereby decreasing the incidence of respiratory diseases.
3.Easy to Use: Can be administered by mixing into feed or by spraying directly onto manure.
【Dosage and Administration】
1.Mixing in Feed: Referencing the “Veterinary Drug Manual (2nd Edition)” (Zeng Zhenling et al., 2012) and combined with production practices, treatment should begin at the start of the fly breeding season. The recommended dosage is 200~300g of this product per ton of feed. It is recommended to administer for 4 consecutive weeks, followed by a 2~4 week withdrawal period. This “treatment-withdrawal” cycle should be repeated until flies are controlled.
2.Spraying: As per the Veterinary Drug Manual, prepare a solution by mixing 1 part AirFly with 9 parts water (note: it does not fully dissolve and requires stirring). Apply the mixture evenly onto the manure surface. The recommended application rate is 50ml per square meter. This can be repeated weekly.
