As the year turns and all things renew, on the occasion of the Chinese New Year, on behalf of the Board of Directors of AgriChina, I would like to extend our sincerest gratitude and best New Year wishes to the leaders at all levels, partners, and friends from all sectors who have long cared for and strongly supported the company’s development, to all shareholders, and to every AgriChina colleague who has worked diligently!
The year 2025 marked the successful conclusion of the “14th Five-Year Plan.” Focusing on key themes such as “transformation and innovation, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement,” we anchored our development direction, forged ahead with determination, and achieved a comprehensive revenue increase of over 30% year-on-year. On the quality production front, through a coordinated production-supply-marketing mechanism, we reduced costs and consumption, improved quality and efficiency, and ensured high-quality supply. In terms of technological innovation, we kept pace with industry trends, deepened the integration of industry, academia, research, and application, and were successively approved for nine provincial-level innovation platforms, including the Hubei Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center, the Agricultural Microbial Pilot-scale Platform, and the Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base. We also received awards such as the China Private Science and Technology Development Contribution Award and the Inner Mongolia Veterinary Science and Technology Innovation Award. In market operations, we restructured the three major regions (North China, Central China, South China) and actively expanded into municipal and county-level markets. In international cooperation, we deepened our engagement in regions such as Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Tunisia, continuously promoting the “China Solution” for the prevention and control of zoonotic echinococcosis. In logistics and management, we continuously optimized the “culture-led, strategy-guided, organization-supported, performance-guaranteed” system, integrated digital management concepts, and achieved a dual improvement in operational efficiency and development quality. Behind each of these achievements lies the dedication and hard work of every Huawei employee, as well as the strong support of friends from all walks of life, culminating in a successful conclusion to the chapter of building a better AgriChina.
The year 2026 marks the beginning of the “15th Five-Year Plan” and is a critical year for AgriChina to embark on a new journey towards high-quality development. We set sail, riding the wind and waves, committed to achieving our annual development goals. We will maintain strategic focus, enhance tactical flexibility, and build core competitiveness, striving for new breakthroughs in eight areas: team building, brand image promotion, process management, service responsiveness, product positioning, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, external integration, and business models.
Chasing dreams across mountains and seas, we feel no distance; the road ahead is long, but we stride forward boldly. In 2026, the world may seem more open, yet harder to judge; choices may seem more abundant, yet easier to get lost in; AI may seem to understand you better, yet it is also more “cunning.” I sincerely hope that every AgriChina colleague, in the new year, will shine in their roles, achieve personal growth, scale new heights in the wave of technological innovation, and break through personal limits. May you find warmth and experience happiness in life, achieving a harmonious alignment of personal growth with corporate development, working together and sharing the fruits of success.
