【Pharmacological Characteristics】
Lincomycin is a lincosamide antibiotic that inhibits protein synthesis by acting on the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome. It has good efficacy against Gram-positive bacteria, anaerobes, and Mycoplasma. Spectinomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that acts on the 30S subunit of the bacterial ribosome to inhibit protein synthesis. It is sensitive to a variety of Gram-negative bacteria and certain Mycoplasma.
The combination of lincomycin and spectinomycin exhibits a significant synergistic antibacterial effect, characterized by complementary antibacterial spectra and enhanced antibacterial efficacy compared to either component alone. It is a classic and commonly used clinical formulation.
【Indications】
1. Suitable for the prevention and treatment of infections caused by pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, and Mycoplasma.
2. Suitable for diseases such as Mycoplasma synoviae infection, airsacculitis, and bronchial occlusion.
3. Can be used as a starter for young poultry.
4. Has significant efficacy against serositis, Salmonella, and Mycoplasma infections in ducks and geese.

【Dosage and Administration】
Calculated as this product. In drinking water: For 5–7 day-old chicks, 0.5 g to 0.8 g per 1 L of water for 3 to 5 consecutive days.
【Clinical Application】
1. In-feed administration: Add 250 g to 500 g of this product per ton of feed for ad libitum consumption for 3 to 5 consecutive days.
2. In drinking water: Add 150 g to 300 g of this product per ton of drinking water for ad libitum consumption for 3 to 5 consecutive days.
